General
What does FRAMELUNE sell?
FRAMELUNE offers women-focused eyewear styles, including optical frames and selected lens options for daily wear. Depending on the product and lens setup, customers may be able to choose non-prescription lenses, prescription lenses, blue light lenses, reading lenses, photochromic lenses, or progressive lenses.
Can I buy frames without prescription lenses?
Yes, when available, you can choose non-prescription lenses or frame-only options. This may be suitable for fashion styling, blue light use, or everyday wear without vision correction.
Are all frames suitable for every lens type?
Not always. Lens availability may depend on frame shape, frame size, prescription strength, lens type, and production requirements. If a specific option is not available for a frame, it may not appear during the lens selection process.
How can I contact FRAMELUNE support?
You can contact us through the Contact Us page. To help us review your request faster, please include your order number, checkout email, and a short description of the issue.
Ordering
How do I place an order?
Choose your frame, select the color, choose your lens option, enter prescription details if needed, then add the item to your cart and complete checkout.
Before paying, please review your frame color, lens type, prescription values, PD, shipping address, and email address carefully.
Can I change or cancel my order after payment?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. If the order has not entered processing, we may be able to help.
Once prescription lens production, customization, packing, or shipment has started, changes or cancellations may be limited.
I entered the wrong shipping address. What should I do?
Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct shipping address. If the order has not shipped, we will try to update it. If the package has already shipped, address changes may depend on the carrier.
I entered the wrong email address. What should I do?
Please contact us with your order number, the incorrect email address, and the correct email address. We will try to update your order information so you can receive order and tracking updates.
How do I know my order was placed successfully?
After checkout, you should receive an order confirmation email. If you do not see it, please check your spam or promotions folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us with the name and email used at checkout.
Prescription & Lenses
How do I submit my prescription?
You can enter your prescription details during the lens selection process when prescription lenses are available. Please make sure your SPH, CYL, AXIS, ADD, and PD values are entered correctly when required.
If you are not sure how to read your prescription, we recommend confirming it with your eye care professional before placing your order.
What prescription values may be required?
For many prescription glasses, you may need:
- SPH, also called sphere
- CYL, also called cylinder, if shown on your prescription
- AXIS, required when CYL has a value
- PD, also called pupillary distance
- ADD, often required for progressive or reading prescriptions
Can I order single vision lenses?
Single vision lenses may be available for eligible frames and prescriptions. They are used for one viewing distance, such as distance vision or near vision, depending on your prescription.
Can I order progressive lenses?
Progressive lenses may be available for selected frames and prescriptions. They combine distance, intermediate, and near vision correction in one pair of glasses.
Please make sure your prescription includes the required ADD value and that your PD is accurate before ordering progressive lenses.
Can I order reading glasses?
Reading lens options may be available for customers who need near-vision support. Please select the correct lens option and enter your reading prescription or strength as required.
Can I upload a photo of my prescription?
If prescription upload is available during checkout or lens selection, you can upload a clear photo or file of your prescription. Please make sure all numbers are readable and current.
If upload is not available, you can enter the prescription values manually or contact support for guidance.
What lens index should I choose?
Lens index affects lens thickness. Higher index lenses are usually thinner and may be suitable for stronger prescriptions. Available index options may depend on your prescription and selected frame.
If you are unsure, review the recommended option shown during lens selection or ask your eye care professional for advice.
Can I order prescription sunglasses?
Prescription sunglass options may be available depending on the frame, prescription, and lens type. If the option is available, you will be able to select it during the lens selection process.
PD & Frame Fit
What is PD?
PD stands for pupillary distance. It is the distance between the centers of your pupils, measured in millimeters. PD helps position prescription lenses correctly for clearer and more comfortable vision.
Where can I find my PD?
Your PD may be written on your prescription. If it is not included, you can ask your eye care professional to provide it. Accurate PD is especially important for prescription and progressive lenses.
What if my prescription has one PD number?
One PD number usually means the total distance between both pupils. For example, 62 means the full PD is 62mm. Some prescriptions show two numbers, such as 31/31, which means right PD and left PD separately.
How do I choose the right frame size?
Compare the measurements on the product page with a pair of glasses that already fits you well. Pay attention to lens width, bridge width, temple length, frame width, and lens height.
What do lens width, bridge width, and temple length mean?
Lens width is the horizontal width of one lens. Bridge width is the distance between the lenses across your nose. Temple length is the length of the arms of the glasses.
What should I do if the frame feels too loose or too tight?
Small fit adjustments are common with eyewear. A local optical shop may be able to adjust the temples or nose pads. If the frame feels significantly uncomfortable or incorrect, please contact us with your order number and photos if available.
Photochromic & Blue Light
Do you offer blue light lenses?
Blue light lens options may be available for selected frames and orders. They are often chosen by customers who spend long hours using computers, phones, tablets, or other digital screens.
Do you offer photochromic lenses?
Photochromic lenses may be available for selected frames and prescriptions. They are designed to darken outdoors under sunlight and become clearer indoors.
Why do photochromic lenses not get very dark indoors?
Photochromic lenses react mainly to UV light. Since many indoor spaces and car windshields block part of UV light, the lenses may not darken as much indoors or inside a vehicle.
Can I choose tinted or sunglass lenses?
Tinted or sunglass lens options may be available for selected frames and lens types. If available, you can choose them during the lens selection process.
Can I combine multiple lens upgrades?
Some lens upgrades can be combined, while others may not be available together. Available combinations may depend on your selected frame, prescription, and lens type.

Why has my tracking not updated?
Tracking updates may take time to appear after the package is handed to the carrier. If there is no update for several business days, please contact us with your order number and tracking number.

Care & Adjustments
How should I clean my glasses?
Use a microfiber cloth and lens-safe cleaning solution. Avoid rough fabrics, paper towels, harsh chemicals, or household cleaners, as they may damage lenses or coatings.
How should I store my glasses?
Store your glasses in a protective case when not in use. Avoid placing them face down on the lenses or leaving them in high heat for long periods.
Can I adjust the frame myself?
Small adjustments may be possible, but we recommend visiting a local optical shop for safer adjustments, especially for metal frames, nose pads, rimless styles, or frames with delicate details.
How can I avoid scratching my lenses?
Always clean lenses with a microfiber cloth, keep your glasses in a case, and avoid wiping dry lenses when dust or particles are on the surface.
